THE MISSION:
The objectives of the Association shall be:
To improve the standard of cricket Umpiring and Scoring by training, examination and example, and by any other means and;

  (a)  to promote and uphold the status of Umpires and Scorers both collectively and
        individually.
  (b) to take such action or make such representation as an Association, or in
       conjunction with others, as may be considered desirable in the interests of
       cricket in general or for the benefit of Umpires and Scorers.
  (c)  to improve by all means the standard of Scoring and the status of Scorers.
  (d)  to affiliate the Association with any Umpiring and Scoring organization.

Membership:    
Membership may be opened to anyone who has an interest in Cricket and a desire to promote the Aims and Objectives of the Association.
Annual General Meeting:

The Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday, February 19th, 2008.  All the members of the Association were invited to attend.  The Meeting was held at the regular meeting site i.e., at Asbury and West United Church, 3180 Bathurst Street, Toronto, Ontario.  The following were elected as Executives of the Association:
